Ignite Your Impact:

A Youth Service Learning Project

At Affordable Housing For the Carolinas (AHFTC), we believe in the power of service learning to shape the leaders of tomorrow. In a recent survey of over 103 youth in our program, we discovered that only 2 had ever participated in a service learning project, a mere 1.94%. This highlights a critical gap in our youth development programs. Research shows that young people who engage in service learning projects not only become more confident and critical thinkers but also develop the leadership skills necessary to thrive in their communities. Through AHFTC Ignite Your Impact, every youth will have the opportunity to complete a group or individually led service learning project, empowering them to make a lasting difference. Now is the time to speak into their potential and ignite their impact – preparing the next generation of leaders today! To request "Ignite Your Impact" at your school, community center, group, or neighborhood organization please email us at info@ahftc.org.
